Your satisfaction is our number one concern. We guarantee the quality of our products: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may contact us within 30 days for a free reprint of your order from the artwork you originally supplied.
Please see below for exceptions and instructions on how to get your reprint.
We do our best to send you the highest quality print. However, there are situations that are beyond our control. Print Star is not responsible for the following:
- Errors in spelling, punctuation, or accuracy in the text entered by the customer. Please preview any custom text carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order.
- Print Star does not and will not proof read for (or correct) any such mistakes. Once you have approved your artwork you indemnify Print Star from any responsibility for errors in artwork.
- Poor quality resulting from the use of low-resolution or poor quality images. You use low quality, or low resolution files at your own risk.
- Errors in user-customisable features, such as enhancements, choice of finish (where offered), cropping, border selection, size (where available) and formatting.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us so we can investigate. Even if it turns out to be one of the user errors listed above, we will be happy to work with you to correct the error.
To have your order reprinted, please use our contact form. Please mention that you would like a reprint; and please provide as much information as possible about what parts of your order are affected. We will contact you, and may ask you to return the affected print in order to reprint the order.
