We use various professional courier companies for the delievery of our products.
We deliver to 1 UK mainland address for the prices quoted on all of our products.
- Covered by our inclusive Next Day Service.
- Scottish Highlands Covered by our inclusive 2 Day Service.
- Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands & Scilly Isles are subject to a £12.00 surcharge (2 day).
If you require offshore, foreign or any kind of "Non Mainland" delivery please call before placing the order as this will be subject to a surcharge.
Replacement of damaged goods
Print Star does everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods by using the correct packaging, but from time to time damage occurs. Initially you must contact us by email info@printstar.co.uk detailing the damage, please take a digital picture of the damage for any insurance and claim against the courier. Please don''t dispose of the item as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping). Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible.
Returning your print
Everything possible is done to ensure your expectations of our products are met and surpassed upon delivery. If in the unlikely event that the item does not meet your expectations email info@printstar.co.uk detailing the problem with the product we will issue a returns number as soon as possible, please repack the goods in its original packaging.
We will arrange for the print to be returned to us.
